About the role
The HRIS Pole Manager will lead the modernization of human resources processes and the evolution of HR information systems within the Delegation for Human Resources and Social Dialogue. Reporting to the service for Modernisation of HR Processes, the role oversees a team of 16 agents.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the modernization of HR processes across the organization.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of HR information systems.
- Manage and coordinate a team of 16 agents dedicated to HR process modernization.
- Collaborate with the Delegation for Human Resources and Social Dialogue to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in HR services.
Required profile
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing HR information systems and leading teams.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Knowledge of public sector HR processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
