Resort Assistant – Luxury Ski Resorts in France

About the role

We are hiring Resort Assistants to work across three premier ski destinations – Val d’Isère, Méribel and Courchevel. The role combines meticulous housekeeping, guest concierge duties, and on‑site driving to ensure a seamless 5‑star experience for guests staying in serviced apartments and catered chalets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform weekly change‑over cleaning and mid‑week linen changes for serviced apartments.
• Provide daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski rooms, living spaces, kitchens and spa areas.
• Coordinate stock and linen supplies, monitor external laundry standards and report issues.
• Assist with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping.
• Conduct daily property checks, report maintenance needs and uphold health & safety standards.
• Offer in‑resort driving services for guests as required.
• Cover guest phone lines on the Apartment Manager’s day off.
• Support chalet service by serving meals, preparing simple breakfasts and assisting with afternoon tea.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in France (EU passport or valid Carte de Séjour).
• Ability to perform physical housekeeping tasks and lift moderate loads.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays during the winter season.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality guest service.
