Project Manager Support – Strategic Demonstrator

About the role

Join the Airbus UpNext team in Toulouse to drive a strategic demonstrator that will shape the future of aircraft connectivity. This position is tied to a fixed‑term contract ending in February 2028 and offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment within a leading aerospace company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement and supply‑chain processes for hardware and software, including contract negotiations, purchase orders and goods receipt.
• Follow up on agile task‑force actions, remove operational blockers and monitor time, cost and quality performance.
• Ensure documentation quality and act as gatekeeper for deliverables, preparing them for knowledge transfer.
• Promote team cohesion by organizing events and maintaining a motivated, collaborative atmosphere.
• Take initiative on unexpected administrative or logistical challenges to keep the project on track.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business administration, procurement or operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with agility, proactive attitude and willingness to execute detailed administrative tasks.
• Fluent French and capable of communicating effectively in English.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and documentation‑review capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with financial and procurement processes such as contracts, purchase orders and tendering.
