Project Manager – Nuclear Reactor Services

About the role

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead development and maintenance projects within Reactor Services France. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee project execution from initiation to close‑out, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost and schedule commitments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and monitor project execution according to Westinghouse project management processes.
• Identify, assess, mitigate and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead contract management activities, including compliance monitoring, claims handling and change management.
• Facilitate and lead monthly project review meetings.
• Define and maintain project schedules, resource plans, financial forecasts and risk registers.
• Update schedules, resource requirements and risk management plans as project needs evolve.
• Maintain and update project financial information within company systems.
• Review and approve project‑related timesheets and expenses.
• Capture, document and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate technical expertise and resources for issue resolution and site execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and business growth initiatives.
• Support and participate in First‑of‑a‑Kind (FOAK) projects on customer sites when required.
