Project Leader / Deployment Manager for SAP S/4HANA Projects

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an experienced Project Leader / Deployment Manager to drive the deployment of SAP S/4HANA across its global operations. Based in Toulouse, you will lead pilot phases in Avionics, Cabin Electronics, and the A220 program, ensuring a seamless transition to a unified ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the ARP strategy, aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with de‑commissioning roadmaps.
• Manage full project governance, including quality, schedule, and P&L, while applying the Make‑or‑Buy approach.
• Implement SAP Activate methodology and enforce SAP Standard compliance through Design Authority governance.
• Coordinate senior cross‑functional stakeholders and lead organizational change management.
• Apply BPRO security‑by‑design processes and leverage AI and data analytics to optimise ERP workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional SAP S/4HANA deployments in multi‑site industrial environments.
• Proven expertise in LBIP, Agile frameworks, and SAP Activate.
• Strong change‑management capabilities and ability to align senior stakeholders.
