Project Leader – Building & Construction

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Project Leader for Building & Construction to join its Facility Management & Real Estate team in Toulouse. You will lead strategic and medium‑scale projects that shape the footprint of the Grand Saint Martin site, supporting the industrial ramp‑up of Airbus.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development of the site through major construction projects and footprint adaptation.
• Promote innovation, best‑practice sharing and continuous improvement of organisational performance.
• Strengthen internal collaboration between Facility Management and Real Estate services within a matrix organisation.
• Represent the FM & Real Estate team in internal and external forums, advocating digital solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with worldwide FM & Real Estate teams and key business partners, including site heads and functional leaders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven project management experience; PMI Bronze certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a trans‑divisional, trans‑national environment and engage with external stakeholders such as local authorities and French regulatory bodies.
