Automatic Door Maintenance Technician (H/F)

About the role

The Automatic Door Maintenance Technician ensures high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service, maintaining equipment safety, and communicating clearly on‑site. You will be responsible for both planned maintenance and urgent call‑outs, managing stock, and reporting work in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contacts and end‑users, providing proactive communication such as ETA and job details.
• Execute service visits (planned maintenance, call‑outs, repairs) while respecting schedules, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Perform accurate real‑time back‑reporting of work performed at the equipment level to ensure data integrity.
• Identify site risks, take immediate action on high‑risk situations and follow escalation procedures.
• Manage proximity stock, request spares, and keep service tooling and vehicle equipment in good condition.
• Raise sales leads and submit timesheets according to company processes.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and clear on‑site communication.
• Ability to work safely, identify risks and follow safety and maintenance instructions.
• Proactive in planning workload and coordinating with the service supervisor.
• Willingness to attend training on lift and door technology and possibly coach others.
