Project Leader – Building & Construction

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Project Leader for Building & Construction to join its Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) team in Toulouse. You will lead strategic and medium‑term projects that shape the footprint of the Grand Saint‑Martin site, contributing to the future growth of Airbus.

Key responsibilities

• Support FMRE in defining development strategies and making business‑critical decisions.
• Drive process improvement through innovation, best‑practice sharing, and performance optimisation.
• Strengthen internal relationships between FMRE front‑office and back‑office services within a matrix organisation.
• Represent FMRE management in internal and external forums, promoting digital solutions across sites.
• Build and maintain close ties with worldwide FMRE teams and key internal business partners (site heads, functions, FALs).

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Solid project‑management experience; PMI Bronze certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in trans‑divisional and trans‑national teams.
• Experience interfacing with external stakeholders such as local authorities and French regulatory bodies.
• Strong customer orientation and supplier‑relationship management skills.
