Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Project Data Analyst to support our project teams by turning raw data into actionable insights. You will help improve project planning, execution, and performance through accurate reporting and visualisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise, analyse and interpret project data to support decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations on schedules, budgets, resources, risks and KPIs.
• Monitor project metrics, identify trends and recommend process optimisation.
• Assist with forecasting, performance tracking, data validation and reporting to ensure data reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Effective organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using reporting tools.
• Ability to create data visualisations on dedicated platforms.
