Desktop Support Technician

About the role

Omrics Global is expanding its on‑site team in Paris and seeks a proactive Desktop Support Technician. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance to enterprise end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related peripherals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt L1/L2 desktop support for Windows PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows environments and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
• Provision and support devices via Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for iOS, Android and macOS.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook configuration and Teams functionality.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, IP settings, VPN access and cabling.
• Document incidents and coordinate escalations with remote IT teams or third‑party vendors following ITIL processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in an enterprise IT support, helpdesk or desktop support role.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong working English.
• Professional communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
