Product Manager CTV

About the role

Sparteo is an AI-powered advertising technology company focused on programmatic advertising, with a Supply-Side Platform called Meetscale. As Product Manager CTV, you own Connected TV (CTV) monetization on Meetscale: you define how publisher inventory enters the platform, how it is auctioned and how its yield is optimized. You report to the VP Product.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the Meetscale CTV roadmap, driven by strategic objectives on revenue and margin, and set the channel KPIs
• Maximize CTV inventory activation, guarantee traffic quality and relevance, and protect it from fraud and invalid traffic
• Own the CTV-specifics of the auction (ad pods, VAST compliance, bid request enrichment) and control the cost of each bid request
• Grow CTV demand with the Demand team and drive delivery with engineering, from design to production
• Prepare releases for adoption by Supply, Sales and Customer Success teams, and measure impact in revenue

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management in ad tech with measurable results on sell-side CTV monetization (SSP, ad server, exchange)
• Owned a product from roadmap to delivery
• Fluent English; French is a plus
• Comfortable using an AI assistant daily and speaking engineering's language without coding
