Partner Solutions Manager – SE

About the role

AVEVA is looking for a strategic technical manager to drive enablement and adoption of AVEVA solutions together with Schneider Electric. You will work closely with Schneider Electric sales teams, providing deep technical expertise and guiding shared customers through the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical pre‑sales expertise and architecture guidance to Schneider Electric sales to accelerate sales growth.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for customers, designing optimal AVEVA‑based system architectures.
• Create solution demos, unique value propositions and support sales presentations.
• Conduct design audits, architecture assessments and lead proof‑of‑concept or pilot deployments.
• Develop technical documentation, playbooks and best‑practice guides for AVEVA solutions.
• Support training, technical advocacy and represent AVEVA at industry forums.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a “must win” mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with deep technical expertise in industrial automation and energy management.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in matrix organisations and collaborating with channel partners.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AVEVA software suite (Ops Control, PI System, MES, CONNECT).
• Expertise in SCADA/DCS and IIOT technologies.
• Experience designing large‑scale solution architectures and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Background in embedded software engineering and IT/OT convergence.
• Ability to build technical demos and deliver technical presentations.
