Head of IT & Systems

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a senior technology leader to shape its global IT strategy from the Paris headquarters. Reporting to the CFO, you will define and deliver a roadmap that supports business growth, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global technology strategy, aligning systems, architecture and investment priorities with business goals.
• Lead evolution of core business systems such as NetSuite (ERP), WFX (PLM), Shopify, retail POS, and data/BI platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end technology transformation projects, from requirements gathering to adoption.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Production, Retail, E‑commerce and other functions to improve workflows and enable scalable operations.
• Strengthen data quality, governance and integration foundations while reducing manual processes.
• Oversee infrastructure, workplace technology, cybersecurity, access management and business continuity across offices and stores.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in information systems, enterprise technology or technology transformation, preferably in fashion, retail or consumer goods.
• Proven track record leading ERP and enterprise‑system transformation projects, with NetSuite experience a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes, data flows and the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, budgets and cross‑functional programs with a focus on ROI.
• Fluent in English and French, with willingness to travel internationally as needed.
