Médecin coordonnateur (H/F) – EHPAD

About the role

We are seeking a qualified coordinating physician (H/F) to join a private EHPAD located near Parthenay on a permanent contract (0.8 FTE). The role involves leading the medical care strategy and ensuring high‑quality health services for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall care project in collaboration with the nursing manager.
• Coordinate medical activities, ensuring alignment with the establishment’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee clinical protocols, monitor health outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide medical expertise for resident assessments, treatment plans, and emergency response.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote continuous improvement in care delivery.

Required profile

• Medical degree with valid license to practice in France.
• Experience in geriatric or long‑term care settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and support staff.
