IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist

About the role

Alan is scaling its international operations and needs an IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist to ensure a secure, efficient, and user‑friendly technology environment for its growing workforce. You will be based in Paris, working primarily from the Valmy office while enjoying flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage device security, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint protection across all locations.
• Administer SaaS platforms, identity and access tools, and the overall employee IT experience.
• Participate in the IT on‑call rotation, handling day‑to‑day support tickets and equipment provisioning.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding workflows.
• Lead and contribute to build projects such as MDM improvements, compliance documentation, and self‑service tooling.
• Develop automation or self‑service solutions that reduce operational toil.
• Mentor newer team members and share knowledge through documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or related fields.
• Comfortable working with macOS devices and Apple‑centric management tools.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
