Instructional Designer – AI & Cloud Learning

About the role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging, high‑impact learning experiences focused on artificial intelligence and cloud technologies for a global audience. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve online courses that make complex technical topics accessible.
• Collaborate with product managers, subject‑matter experts, and creative teams to define learning objectives and structure content.
• Transform technical material into learner‑friendly modules, exercises, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Review existing courses, evaluate cognitive load, and align content with learning goals.
• Incorporate learner feedback and expert recommendations to enhance course quality.
• Adapt learning materials for diverse audiences, including onboarding, professional training, and certification pathways.
• Maintain documentation, improvement backlogs, and content development processes.
• Leverage modern instructional design approaches and AI‑powered tools to boost efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar learning‑design role.
• Proven ability to create educational content around technical subjects such as software engineering, data science, or cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of digital learning methodologies and the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly.
