IM Solution Architect – Industrial Projects

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an IM Solution Architect to drive its Industrial Projects roadmap at the Marignane site. You will shape IT architecture, lead framing studies, and translate industry needs into innovative solutions that boost production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate industry requirements into technical specifications and clear procedures.
• Propose solution architectures aligned with enterprise strategy, simplification goals, and value for money.
• Lead, coordinate, and contribute to framing studies based on upcoming business needs.
• Support projects within the Operations 2030+ roadmap and guide project teams during execution.
• Build a trusted stakeholder network and foster consensus in a complex environment.
• Identify and mitigate industry‑specific risks such as regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, operational safety, and obsolescence.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of leading‑edge architectures, system integration, ERP, PLM, and related technologies.
• Ability to turn operational industry challenges into viable IT requirements; industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks combined with classic planning and budgeting.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Analytical capability to resolve problems and dependencies.
• Broad understanding of IT hardware, industrial key applications, connectivity, and cloud technologies.
