HR Generalist – Payroll & Personnel Administration

About the role

The Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist will support Airmax Group and its subsidiary IREP in Sin Le Noble. Reporting to two HR Managers, the role handles end‑to‑end payroll, personnel administration, and contributes to a positive HR climate across the French team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise payroll schedules, collect variable data (bonuses, meal vouchers, overtime, absences) and ensure timely processing.
• Communicate with the payroll provider and the India‑based payroll team, verify payslips and social‑tax declarations (DSN, URSSAF, pension funds) using ADP.
• Respond to employee queries on payroll and benefits, process adjustments and support payroll audits.
• Manage working hours, leave, sick leave, accidents, overtime, and meal voucher distribution.
• Maintain time‑management software, handle legal and health‑authority declarations, and process administrative mail (resignations, certificates).
• Draft HR communications, assist with company events, update HR indicators and participate in ISO audits.
• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires, including job offers and DPAE filings.

Required profile

• Experience in payroll processing and personnel administration within a French context.
• Familiarity with French social‑tax regulations (DSN, URSSAF, pension funds) and ADP payroll system.
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams, especially a payroll team based in India.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines and accurate data entry.
