Hotel Supervisor – New Opening

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Hotel Supervisor to lead the opening of our new Ruby Lilou property in Marseille. The role combines front‑office, bar and service oversight, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as shift supervisor, coordinating front desk, bar and restaurant teams during each shift.
• Maintain service, quality and hygiene standards, conducting regular checks and addressing any issues promptly.
• Train, coach and onboard new team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Manage internal communication to ensure smooth information flow across all departments.
• Collect and act on guest feedback, delivering swift resolutions and enhancing overall satisfaction.
• Provide guests with local recommendations, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Marseille.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in a trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong reliability, multitasking ability and a willingness to learn.
• Confident, joyful personality with a good sense of humour.
• Comfortable serving international, demanding guests.
• Fluent in French and English.
