Head of Transformation & Digital Performance Management

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a senior leader to drive its transformation and digital performance agenda. Based at the Marignane site, you will shape finance processes, oversee large‑scale cost programmes and guide a team of five finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 and act as the finance focal point for transformation and digital initiatives.
• Manage IM Run Costs (€200 M) across France, Germany and Spain, ensuring monthly reporting and adherence to targets.
• Develop and maintain operational planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and three‑year forecasts.
• Oversee IM charge‑back mechanisms, inter‑company cost rebalancing and support cost‑saving projects (SCORE).
• Drive the BCase for the IM Insourcing project up to 2029 and secure expected savings.
• Control the CPP Portfolio (€225 M, 180 projects), guaranteeing project financial compliance and arbitration.
• Coordinate with function representatives, technical authorities and finance stakeholders as the single source of truth for data.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting (excluding January and July) and ensure accurate cost rebalancing for major centrally‑financed projects.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance controlling, transformation or digital performance management, preferably in an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑euro budgets and leading cross‑functional finance teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
