About the role

DualEntry is seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join its fast‑growing AI finance team. The role is fully remote and offers full ownership of the end‑to‑end hiring process across EMEA, North America and the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑velocity hiring for critical positions, often managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines in new geographies, opening fresh hiring markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain rigorous metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated obsession with sourcing top‑tier talent in fast‑moving environments.
• Willingness to work intensive hours (e.g., 9 am‑9 pm, six days a week) and take full ownership of outcomes.
• Strong agency mindset and ability to thrive under aggressive timelines.

Required skills

• Experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to analyze hiring data and adjust strategies accordingly.

What we offer

• Base compensation ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 USD per year.
• Equity compensation between $20,000 and $60,000 USD.
