Group Grading Expert – Global HR Strategy

About the role

Airbus Commercial is seeking a Group Grading Expert to join its Executive Reward team in Toulouse. In this high‑visibility position you will shape the global job‑grading strategy, lead a community of practice, and advise senior HR leaders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Animate and govern the global Job Value Community of Practice, ensuring cross‑divisional consistency and best‑practice sharing.
• Partner with senior HR leaders to conduct executive job evaluations, defend grading outcomes, and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Map the current grading landscape (AS‑IS) and define a future (TO‑BE) ambition.
• Drive digital transformation of grading processes, own the Workday position‑grading framework, and lead AI‑enabled initiatives linking grading to salary offers.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in job‑evaluation methodologies, especially the Willis Towers Watson framework.
• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Behavioural agility to influence and build trust with senior leaders in a matrixed, international environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
