Executive Reward & Labor Law Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Executive Reward & Labor Law Specialist to join the Group HR – Executive Reward team in Toulouse. You will combine deep French labor‑law expertise with operational compensation management for senior executives (Band III+), ensuring legal compliance throughout the executive lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and issue executive employment contracts, side letters and remuneration proposals for new hires, promotions and international mobility.
• Manage end‑to‑end executive off‑boarding, calculate complex departure packages and negotiate separation agreements.
• Maintain and update contractual templates in line with evolving French and international employment legislation.
• Advise HR business partners, payroll, mobility and benefits teams on legal matters and conduct targeted research.
• Drive HR digitalisation projects to improve executive administrative and legal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in French labor law, either as a practising lawyer or in‑house HR/legal specialist handling executive matters.
• Master’s degree in French labor law (Bar exam/CAPA is a strong plus).
• Bilingual fluency in English and French; German knowledge is an asset.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in French employment law and exposure to international/German labor law.
• Proficiency with HR tools such as SAP, Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
