Group Cybersecurity Manager (CISO/RSSI) – Global Role

About the role

We are seeking a Group Cybersecurity Manager (CISO/RSSI) to lead the global security strategy for a fast‑growing international cosmetics and beauty group. Based in Paris and reporting to the Global CIO, the role will shape the company’s security posture across Europe, the US, Canada and China.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security frameworks such as PSSI, ISO 27001, PCA/PRA and Azure audit controls.
• Lead AI governance initiatives, addressing Shadow IT and Shadow AI through rationalisation policies.
• Establish core governance structures, documentation, RACI matrices and crisis communication plans.
• Manage external consultants and vendors, ensuring alignment with security objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to embed security into digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of corporate experience in cybersecurity, excluding internships or apprenticeships.
• Strong foundational knowledge of systems, networks, security and AI concepts.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate external partners and internal teams.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to operate at a global level.
