About the role
Back Market is looking for a Global Talent Scout to proactively build and nurture a pipeline of high‑potential candidates across its key hiring verticals. You will shape the employer brand, drive referral programmes and create engaging talent‑focused content to attract passive talent worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage 80‑120 high‑potential profiles in active relationship, maintaining 20‑30 ready‑to‑hire candidates at any time.
- Define talent requirements with the Head of TA and hiring managers, anticipating future skill gaps.
- Design and run an internal referral programme, turning every employee into a talent ambassador.
- Develop and execute Back Market’s employer brand narrative on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, podcasts, video channels and newsletters.
- Monitor and improve the company’s reputation on Glassdoor and specialist forums.
- Build and animate talent communities, representing Back Market at industry events, meetups and unconventional networking spaces.
Required profile
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on long‑term relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling employer‑brand stories.
- Experience in talent pipeline development and succession planning.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
