Global Account Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

AGRANA Fruit, part of the AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG, supplies high-quality fruit solutions for the dairy, ice cream, bakery, food service and beverage industries. It is looking for a strategic, commercially driven Global Account Manager to lead and grow one of its most important global dairy partnerships and drive sustainable, profitable growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of a key global customer account and build long-term, value-driven partnerships.
• Co-create and implement customer-centric sales strategies with global stakeholders.
• Drive volume, gross margin and profitability targets in line with AGRANA's business objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions across multiple international markets.
• Coordinate sales activities and align commercial strategies across 10 countries.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the execution of growth initiatives.
• Manage major global projects together with procurement, innovation, operations and technical teams.
• Monitor service performance, supply chain, quality and NPD activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Food Technology, Sales, Business or a related field.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-40%).
