Frontend Engineer

About the role

Adaptive ML is building a Reinforcement Learning Operations (RLOps) platform that lets enterprises deploy specialized large language models at scale. As a Frontend Engineer on the Product Team, you will translate complex AI workloads into intuitive, high‑performance user interfaces that enable customers to create personalized generative‑AI experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, iterate, and implement the frontend of Adaptive ML’s products.
• Develop high‑quality TypeScript and React code with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system and component library that scales with product growth.
• Establish systematic frontend development processes and reduce technical unknowns.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Technical teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Communicate progress clearly to a distributed, asynchronous‑first team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in frontend or frontend‑leaning full‑stack development.
• Strong engineering mindset with emphasis on performance, accessibility, and UI robustness.
• Proficiency with modern frontend tooling, especially React and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of shipping polished products under tight deadlines.
• Deep concern for user experience and attention to detail at the intersection of design and engineering.
