Finance Lecturer – AI Training (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers and economists to help shape the way AI systems understand and reason about financial concepts. This fully remote, flexible contract allows you to apply your academic expertise to improve the accuracy and trustworthiness of AI‑generated financial content for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated finance questions, explanations, and reasoning for accuracy and clarity.
• Assess the correctness of concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory.
• Identify misconceptions, logical errors, and gaps in AI‑generated financial content.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to enhance AI model reasoning about finance.
• Leverage teaching experience to flag common errors encountered by students and learners.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Ability to clearly evaluate and critique written financial reasoning.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in an asynchronous remote environment.
