EU Compensation Specialist – Paris

About the role

Bank of America’s Global Human Resources team is seeking an EU Compensation Specialist to be based in Paris. The role will support the EMEA Compensation & Benefits function by ensuring that reward practices across the European Union are compliant with local regulations and aligned with the bank’s responsible growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of compensation programs with EU regulatory requirements.
• Oversee France‑specific profit‑sharing arrangements and related reporting.
• Lead the identification and monitoring of EU Material Risk Takers.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory disclosures and filings.
• Collaborate with EMEA Compensation & Benefits, HR partners, Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits within the EU.
• Strong knowledge of EU compensation‑related regulations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
