ERP Change Engineer Associate – S/4 Projects

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Change Engineer Associate to support S/4HANA projects within its Airbus Resources Planning (ARP) program. Based in Toulouse, the role will help drive change management activities as the company transitions from legacy tools to a unified digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the change management plan, monitoring business readiness for new ERP deployments.
• Create digital learning materials, coordinate “Train‑the‑Trainer” sessions and manage training schedules.
• Provide hands‑on user support during post‑go‑live phases for Avionics (Toulouse) and Cabin Electronics (Buxtehude) sites.
• Track content updates using Waterfall methodology while supporting the transition to Agile, acting as a bridge between local operational teams and the central Change team.
• Leverage AI tools and data‑analytics to predict deployment risks, analyse business impacts and automate routine reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Change Management, Consulting or Engineering.
• Initial professional experience or a strong internship record in change management, project management or consulting, preferably within an ERP environment.
