Digital & Data Analysis Referent – Procurement

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Digital & Data Analysis Referent to join the Business Operations Support team in Toulouse. The role will support the Procurement organisation by driving digital transformation, building automated analytics, and fostering a data‑driven culture across the global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap, translating business needs into value‑added digital solutions.
• Create clear data visualisations and dashboards using Skywise, Qlik Sense and Google Workspace for operational teams and senior management.
• Lead end‑to‑end change‑management initiatives, simplifying the digital tool landscape and aligning with corporate standards.
• Develop digital competencies within the Procurement organisation through coaching, learning labs and best‑practice sharing.
• Support data‑governance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across supply‑chain databases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or procurement operations combined with strong digital and data‑analysis expertise.
• Hands‑on proficiency with digital platforms and data‑visualisation tools.
• Ability to translate user requirements into functional specifications and drive implementation.
