DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer – Digital Assets

About the role

Euronext is building a new Digital Assets team to develop tokenisation and distributed ledger technology (DLT) capabilities, launch products for financial institutions and retail clients, and define the next generation of financial market infrastructure. The position is a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer role in the Engineering team, reporting to the CTO Digital Assets, and is based in Paris, Porto, Milan or Rome, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines and enable zero-downtime deployments for a regulated tokenisation platform.
• Design and implement observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting) and define service level objectives (SLOs).
• Run the on-call rotation and maintain runbooks.
• Harden the security posture of the infrastructure with the security lead.
• Maintain platform stability during periods of rapid change.
• Use AI-assisted tools for infrastructure-as-code and pipeline authoring, with human review before deployment.
• Apply AI for anomaly detection, alert triage, incident summarisation and post-mortem drafting.
• Deploy, monitor and operate in-product AI/ML services, including rollback.

Required profile

• Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in 24/7 observability and incident response, including SLO/error-budget practice.
• Experience building secure, auditable infrastructure for regulated workloads.
• Calm under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to write clear runbooks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering practices such as AIOps and monitoring of AI/ML services.
