Demand Planner - Expert Process (BPE) - CDI

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories is looking for a Demand Planner (BPE) to join the Center of Excellence (CoE) within Global Planning. The role supports the supply chain planning transformation strategy through digital innovation, process maturity and people development. It is a permanent CDI position.

Key responsibilities

• Process & operational excellence: co-build end-to-end demand management processes, map them, identify improvements and set maturity levels; lead Lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen); define global standards, frameworks and maturity KPIs, supported by audits and remediation plans; run CoE governance, communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
• Capability building: define the Demand Planner skills framework, design upskilling journeys and training modules, deliver in-person and remote training in French and English, and coach regional teams.
• Data vision: structure planning data flows with Data teams, build Power BI and Tableau dashboards, frame requirements for advanced planning tool projects and carry out impact analyses for new channels and markets.
• Innovation: identify and scale AI/ML use cases (demand sensing, forecasting, inventory optimization, anomaly detection), lead transformation projects, benchmark internally and externally, explore LLM and generative AI, and promote a data culture.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data or equivalent.
• 10+ years in BPE, Demand Planning or Supply Chain in an international environment.
• Fluent English and strong influencing leadership and communication skills.

Required skills

• Lean / Six Sigma proficiency (green or black belt a plus) and process modeling (BPMN).
• APS tools (Kinaxis, Futurmaster).
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in planning; Power BI, SQL, Python.
