Data Manager – Digital Directorate

About the role

ATR is seeking a Data Manager to join its Digital Directorate (XD) and lead a team of four internal data professionals. The role will shape the data strategy, ensure data availability, and support the company’s broader AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a data team of four internal members.
• Define and monitor the data budget and related orders.
• Design the technical roadmap for data platforms (SAP BW, Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric, HP Ezmeral) and ensure secure, API‑driven data delivery.
• Establish and oversee data governance, including classification, traceability, sharing, and cataloguing, in collaboration with business owners.
• Participate in the management of IT outsourcing contracts.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• More than 10 years of professional experience in IT and data management.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure (on‑premise and Azure cloud) and Microsoft data tools.
• Proven ability to lead collaborative, innovative projects.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
