Junior Space Technology Consultant – Explorer

About the role

We are looking for a curious and analytical professional with up to three years of experience to join our Space Advanced Concepts team. The Junior Space Technology Consultant will help identify emerging technologies and market trends that can shape the next generation of space systems and services.

Key responsibilities

• Support technology and advanced‑concept studies, including technology assessments and state‑of‑the‑art analyses.
• Analyse customer needs, market developments and technology trends to uncover new capabilities for clients.
• Research emerging space technologies, evaluate their maturity and relevance to identified market needs.
• Explore connections between different markets, technologies and space domains and propose topics for deeper investigation.
• Contribute to client presentations, reports, proposals and innovation recommendations together with senior consultants.

Required profile

• Engineering, science or technical degree (MSc or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as aerospace, telecommunications, electronics or computer science.
• Up to three years of experience in strategy or technology consulting, market analysis, innovation or the space sector.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, able to turn complex information into clear presentations.
• Curiosity about space technologies, proactive attitude and willingness to work across business and technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of at least one space‑ecosystem area (e.g., SATCOM, Earth Observation, PNT, spacecraft or ground systems, software, data, space infrastructure).
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally.
