Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Data Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You will collect, organize, analyze and interpret data from multiple business sources, turning raw information into clear insights for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations that highlight performance trends and key metrics.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• Communicate findings through concise reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on forecasting, performance monitoring, process optimisation and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data‑visualisation software.
• Understanding of business intelligence, data governance and performance measurement principles.
