Cybersecurity Manager – ISMS & Product Security

About the role

ATR is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join the CISO and Future Developments Directorate. The role provides technical expertise across the company’s cybersecurity activities, supporting the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and acting as Product Security Officer for aircraft systems and digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain ISMS documentation, procedures, control evidence, records and KPIs.
• Support internal audits, compliance assessments and preparation of evidence for EASA, OSAC and DSAC inspections.
• Monitor cybersecurity controls, track remediation actions and contribute to continuous improvement of ISMS processes.
• Perform Security Risk Assessments (SRA) under supervision, identify threats, vulnerabilities and applicable controls.
• Maintain the Information Security Risk Register and document mitigation activities.
• Support cybersecurity‑by‑design initiatives for engineering, IT and supplier projects, defining technical requirements and ensuring traceability.
• Act as Product Security Officer, documenting and following up cybersecurity requirements for ATR products, systems and services.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with ISMS implementation and audit support.
• Familiarity with aerospace security standards and regulatory bodies (EASA, OSAC, DSAC).
• Ability to work across governance, engineering, IT, suppliers and operations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
