Customer Account Manager

About the role

The Customer Account Manager will own a portfolio of business customers in France, guiding them through the full commercial lifecycle. Working remotely, you will combine account management, renewals, sales support and commercial operations to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and growth of cloud and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling qualification, pricing, quoting, negotiation, contract management, renewals and expansion.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies based on customer value, risk and growth potential while maintaining efficient high‑volume processes.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities using usage insights, feedback and business analysis.
• Support renewal activities to secure contract continuity and mitigate revenue risk.
• Collaborate with sales teams on large opportunities, providing pricing support, commercial guidance and documentation.
• Create and maintain standardized commercial offerings, pricing structures and packaged solutions.
• Prepare and manage commercial documents such as quotes, order forms, contracts and statements of work.
• Assist with presales tasks including proposal preparation, opportunity qualification and solution packaging.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and partners on pricing programs, incentives, licensing and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals or sales support.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and commercial outcomes from initial engagement through renewal and expansion.
• Experience handling pricing discussions and commercial documentation.
