Country Planning Manager – France & Nordics

About the role

The Country Planning Manager for France and the Nordics will serve as the strategic liaison between local marketing teams and Netflix’s global organization. Leveraging data‑driven insights, the role guides title export decisions, aligns marketing priorities with regional opportunities, and ensures the French and Nordic perspectives are represented in global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with country marketing teams to prioritize titles for export and allocate budgets based on market‑specific insights.
• Provide business intelligence, title performance updates, and regional market trends to inform decision‑making.
• Coordinate the export of titles from the region, ensuring seamless integration with global teams.
• Advise on market‑specific challenges and opportunities, tailoring strategies for France, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing between local, regional, and global marketing functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing planning or strategy within the media/entertainment sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English; French and a Nordic language are a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
