CAPA Manager

About the role

We are seeking a CAPA Manager to join our Quality department. In this role you will support the strategic and operational management of the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system, ensuring regulatory compliance and process integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cross‑functional oversight of the CAPA system and maintain its overall integrity.
• Establish and maintain procedures, training, and tools for effective CAPA management.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations for CAPA.
• Analyze CAPA trends, drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence.
• Monitor CAPA due dates, review evidence of completion, and manage final acceptance and closure.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a scientific field, preferably Quality Management or Quality Control.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in Quality within life‑sciences.
• Knowledge of quality management frameworks such as GxP and ISO.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• High rigor, organization, autonomy and proactive attitude.
