Cabin Crew – Dubai Base with Relocation

About the role

Emirates is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its Dubai‑based team. As the face of the airline, you will ensure passenger comfort, safety, and a memorable travel experience while representing a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑flight service and assistance to passengers.
• Manage safety, security, and emergency procedures in accordance with airline standards.
• Coordinate aircraft services, including cabin preparation and post‑flight checks.
• Communicate clearly with crew members and passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Emirates’ brand values at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Height between 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Eligibility to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
• Positive attitude, solution‑oriented mindset, and ability to work demanding schedules.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (average 80‑100 flight hours per month).
• Average total compensation around AED 11,244 per month.
• Overnight meal allowance credited monthly.
• Company‑provided hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport.
