Acheteur Projet Senior – Électronique & RF

About the role

Alice & Bob is building a fault‑tolerant quantum computer and needs a Senior Project Purchaser to lead the procurement of its cutting‑edge infrastructure, from nanofabrication tools to cryogenic systems. You will work closely with the Experiments and Engineering teams and report to the Procurement Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to define needs and identify optimal solutions for ambitious infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet budget and timeline goals while encouraging innovative, technically aligned offerings.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and continuously expand the supplier network.
• Drive procurement process improvements within an agile, fast‑evolving organization.
• Monitor market trends to ensure access to the most advanced and cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in an industrial or technological field, preferably with control electronics and RF/microwave test & measurement equipment.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques in highly technical sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organization, ability to manage multiple projects and maintain clear communication.
• Proactive, autonomous work style with fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
