Business Analyst – Performance & Advanced Analytics

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Performance & Advanced Analytics to join its Digital Transformation Department in Toulouse. You will work within the Cabin Supplier Interface Team on an end‑to‑end demonstrator that links SAP S/4HANA Cloud, 3DX PLM and advanced data platforms to improve aircraft delivery timeliness and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Apply process‑mining techniques to map operational workflows and define advanced‑analytics scenarios such as predictive material shortage detection.
• Model complex business KPIs and create forward‑looking dashboards in the target analytics environment.
• Assess and test SAP S/4HANA Cloud mock‑ups and alternative AI/Data platforms (Palantir, AWS, Gemini).
• Translate business needs into precise functional analytical requirements for SAP providers and internal IT teams.
• Lead workshops and act as the primary liaison for the business user community, promoting data‑driven change.

Required profile

• Engineering background (e.g., aerospace, mechanical, or industrial engineering).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in performance data analysis and analytics.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, digitally‑focused environments.
