Building Project Manager – Feasibility Studies (f/m)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Building Project Manager to lead feasibility studies for infrastructure projects in France. Based in Toulouse, you will work within a multi‑divisional Facility Management team, ensuring projects are validated and support business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organisational, technical, economic and scheduling feasibility studies for the French portfolio.
• Define and validate overall project schedules and cost estimates during the upfront phase.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and internal customers to secure project acceptance.
• Drive change initiatives and strategic cost‑management across organisational boundaries.
• Contribute to future investment decisions and ensure continuity of critical infrastructure.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably in Building/Civil Engineering or Project Management.
• Proven experience in program and project management, ideally within the construction sector.
• Strong background in customer and supplier relationship management.
• Autonomous, cross‑functional working style and willingness to travel regionally.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English.
