Account Manager – TikTok Shop (French/English) – Paris

About the role

Brightform, a TikTok Shop Partner agency, is expanding its French market and seeks an Account Manager in Paris to own client delivery for brand clients on TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of brand clients, manage TikTok Shop performance and be accountable for GMV targets.
• Build and manage creator and affiliate programmes, brief creators and track conversion results.
• Maintain client relationships through weekly check‑ins, reporting and proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate internally across operations, content and other teams to launch campaigns and keep shops running smoothly.
• Analyze data to identify growth levers and develop actionable plans for client approval.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce, social commerce or agency client services.
• Fluent French and strong English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable with numbers; able to read dashboards, build simple forecasts and explain GMV movements.
• Organised under pressure, capable of juggling multiple clients and moving parts.
• Direct communicator who takes ownership without waiting for direction.
