Technical Support Engineer – Customer Line Delivery Center

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Technical Support Customer Line specialist for its Delivery Center in Toulouse. You will join the Single Aisle Customer Line team, analysing and resolving production non‑conformities to ensure on‑time, high‑quality aircraft deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to the production team (manufacturing files, AMM tasks, processing RVP/PARA/S03).
• Conduct technical analysis of non‑conformities (TLB, QLB, deviations) and lead corrective actions.
• Prepare and actively participate in aircraft transfer milestones (HO Delivery and TAC).
• Drive problem‑solving processes (PPS) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Efficiently use digital engineering systems such as AirnavX, SAP, IBM, Airina and 3DJump.

Required profile

• Background in aeronautics or a related technical field.
• Experience on Airbus single‑aisle aircraft programs (airline, line maintenance or FAL).
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and aircraft configuration management.
• Negotiation level in French and intermediate level in English.
