Supplier Relationship Manager – Electrical Assemblies

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join its Electrics Procurement team in Toulouse. You will work within a multicultural group of buyers, overseeing a portfolio of suppliers that deliver electrical assemblies for multiple aircraft families.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract execution, negotiate commercial agreements and technical changes, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate overall supplier performance, organize strategic events, and mitigate financial or strategic risks.
• Lead calls for tender and shape the electric commodity strategy in line with internal guidelines.
• Act as the procurement focal point for improvement projects such as digitalisation, industrialisation, sustainability and Transfer of Work.
• Coordinate internal stakeholder communication to ensure a unified Airbus voice across programmes.

Required profile

• Experience in supplier relationship management or procurement, preferably within the aerospace or electrical assemblies sector.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and lead tender processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with capacity to assess risks and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal programmes and external suppliers.
