Studio Coordinator Assistant Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in the daily operations of a fashion design studio. Working under the Studio Coordinator, you will support a team of about 60 designers and graphic artists, helping to keep the studio running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate studio daily activities, including mail handling and general service requests.
• Register and follow up on invoicing, assisting teams with invoicing procedures when needed.
• Maintain and update the studio’s organizational chart, group email lists, and workstation plans.
• Support key meetings such as Commercial Collection, Fashion Show look presentations, prototype fittings, and editing sessions, handling budget estimates, orders, and room setup/teardown.
• Organise model casting requests by contacting agencies, scheduling castings, and managing negotiations.
• Assist in planning team‑building events, from research and budgeting to booking and communication.
• Lead the “Vintage Stock” project, coordinating with various internal departments to develop an organizational solution for the studio.

Required profile

• Graduate from a fashion school or a related program (no prior experience required).
• Professional, dynamic, and responsive attitude.
• Strong sense of organization, ability to manage priorities autonomously.
• Initiative‑taking, fashion‑sensitive, and capable of building quality relationships.
