Account Director – Creative Agency (French Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Account Director to join our Paris office and lead client relationships for a leading creative agency. The role combines strategic business development, project oversight, and team leadership to deliver high‑impact design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: nurture existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities through networking and strategic outreach.
• Client and project management: oversee projects from briefing to delivery, manage budgets, coordinate with the General Manager and administrative team, and ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.
• Creative supervision: guide the creative process, organize teams, track progress, deliver presentations, and finalize deliverables.
• Economic management: produce monthly financial reports, monitor industry trends, and develop strategies for client engagement and growth.
• Communication: ensure projects are showcased on the agency’s website, presentations, digital platforms, and social media.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in creative agencies or brand‑strategy environments.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and team leadership.
• Strong commercial and strategic planning capabilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for visual arts and sensitivity to graphic design.
• Based in Paris.
