Graphic Designer – Visual Identity

About the role

Balenciaga is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join its Visual Identity department. You will translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual assets that support fashion shows, events, packaging, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for fashion shows, invitations, and related events.
• Design and produce print and digital materials such as lookbooks, packaging, gifting assets, and invitations.
• Create mock‑ups, conduct material and printing research, and prepare production files for print.
• Support retail events with on‑site visual branding and invitation design.
• Contribute to packaging design, logo applications, and product leaflets.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of brand visual identity guidelines.
• Produce internal communication materials (HR, training, in‑store displays).
• Assist with image research, inspiration gathering, and competitive benchmarking.
• Prepare artworks for print and manage the design development process from start to finish.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovative design solutions.
